Due to continued growth and significant investment we are now looking for a Corrugated Machine Operator to join our team. You will ideally have experience in the Corrugated industry using casemakers and die-cutters.

You will be working within our production team in a fast paced and positive environment and be responsible for the day to day operation and maintenance of a wide range of high specification production machinery, ensuring jobs are completed efficiently whilst maximising customer satisfaction.

Full training will be given as well as a highly competitive starting wage with clear progression goals for potential further enhancement. We’d love you to have experience in corrugated packaging but it’s not a necessary requirement, it’s just as important that you’re a great operator with a hunger to achieve more.

A Day in Life of a Corrugated Machine Operator at Westbury Packaging:

  • Setting, operating and monitoring high specification production machinery in a fast-paced factory environment
  • Complying with Company Health and Safety rules and procedures to ensure that all activities are carried out in a safe manner
  • Maintaining plant and equipment in good order and report any defects for corrective action
  • Following systems and standard operating procedures to ensure a high standard of housekeeping, hygiene and cleanliness on the shop floor
  • Completing all relevant process documentation
  • Looking at process improvements to operate more efficiently to increase productivity and reduce waste
  • Assisting in training and development of colleagues on machines
