We would like to introduce our 2022 Engineering apprentices who joined Westbury Packaging this Autumn.
Ryan is our next-generation Maintenance Engineer working alongside our existing highly skilled maintenance engineer and technical staff, shadowing them, and learning how we ensure a smooth-running operation. The end goal is becoming fully skilled Corrugated Machine Maintenance Engineer.
Jayden and Ewan are our next generation of Machine Operator Engineers, currently working alongside our highly skilled machine operators, gaining knowledge from them, including techniques to improve quality and process. The end goal is to become Machine Operator Engineers within the company.
We look forward to their contributions during their 3 year Engineering apprenticeship program with us.
